I absolutely loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration had a lovely traditional touch that made me feel right at home. The general areas were beautifully maintained, and the sun terrace was the perfect spot for enjoying a cup of tea and soaking in the mountain views. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how easily accessible the hotel was. It was conveniently located near the train station, making it convenient for me to explore the surrounding areas without any hassle.

The only thing that I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people is a more attentive staff. While the children working there were friendly, there were times when it seemed like they needed more training in providing a higher level of service.

This hotel is a little gem of a place! It exudes Swiss charm and intimacy, offering exceptional value for money. The location is perfect, with the Gotschna ski lift just a short journey from the hotel. Additionally, being very close to the Klosters Dorf train station makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped, some even offering a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast, which is sure to satisfy everyone's taste buds.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet and picturesque location. The proximity to the Madrisa ski lift and the Klosters Dorf train station is a major plus. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast spread is satisfying, with a variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic.

We loved the traditional neighborhood with charming houses and the proximity to the Madrisa ski lift and the train station. The hotel's free parking was really convenient. We stayed in a spacious and comfortable suite with a kitchen, a dining area, and a balcony with stunning mountain views. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including the ability to make your own muesli. The staff was lovely and accommodating, and they even provided a pass that allowed us to travel for free between this city and nearby areas.

It was close to the bus and train station and just a short walk to the Gotschna ski lift, making it an ideal place to stay for skiing enthusiasts. the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff provided exceptional service. the breakfast offered continental options and was satisfying. the balcony provided stunning views of the surroundings and was a great place to relax.

I would have liked more variety in the dinner menu.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the train station and close to ski resorts. The breakfast is excellent and includes a variety of fresh breads and cereals. their dinner is worth the price. The staff was helpful and accommodating throughout our business trip.

The rooms were not exactly as advertised, and we found the standard to be lower than expected. The carpeted floors and curtains in the bathroom detracted from their attractiveness.
